Pretzien Steinbruchsee is an accessible freshwater quarry lake located in Germany, comprising three interconnected former quarries: Steinbruchsee (also referred to as Quarry Lake), Blauer See (Blue Lake), and Tiefer See (Deep Lake), now joined by a higher water level. Divers can easily and safely access the water via stairs, making for a straightforward entry and exit. The underwater landscape features prominent steep walls and interesting rock formations, remnants of the quarry operations, providing varied terrain for exploration within its relatively shallow depths.
