This dive site, Victory Reef, is characterized by its distinctive spur and groove formations and a natural 'V' shape, providing a range of underwater experiences. Divers can choose to swim northeast to explore a captivating wall drop-off, or head southwest for a shallower dive typically around 15-18 meters (50-60 feet). The reef's topography offers diverse adventures for various skill levels.
The marine life here is abundant and diverse, featuring encounters with nurse and reef sharks, majestic green moray eels, and graceful sea turtles. The reef teems with a variety of fish including damselfish, grunts, sergeant majors, blue chromis, blue tangs, porkfish, goatfish, hogfish, and wrasse. There is also a good chance of spotting invasive lionfish.
Victory Reef is suitable for diving year-round, with the clearest waters typically found during the winter and spring months.
