This dive site, located in Hood Canal just north of Hoodsport, is renowned as one of the premier diving locations. Access to Sund Rock is exceptionally convenient; a road leads directly onto Mr. Sund's property. A small fee paid at the Hoodsport N Dive shop allows divers to drive their vehicles right up to the water’s edge for effortless shore entry and exit. The site features several walls, with the North Wall being particularly noteworthy. This wall extends straight from the access ramp and consistently hosts a significant population of wolf eels and octopus dwelling in depths ranging from 60 to 70 feet.
