This dive site, located East of The Swings Party Cove on Table Rock Lake, offers an engaging experience for divers of all skill levels. The underwater landscape features prominent rock bluffs that gently descend into a rocky bottom. Divers can easily navigate along these bluffs and explore the lakebed. A unique aspect of this site is the frequent discovery of items accidentally dropped from boats, adding an element of treasure hunting to the dive.
The site is teeming with various freshwater fish species common to Table Rock Lake, including catfish, perch, and bass. These fish can be observed swimming among the rocky structures and along the lake bottom, providing good opportunities for observation of local aquatic life.
This dive site is suitable for year-round diving, with warmer water in summer. It is an excellent location for both scuba diving and freediving due to its shallow average depth. Snorkelers will also enjoy exploring the upper areas of the bluffs. Divers should be mindful of potential boat traffic, especially during peak season in the Party Cove area, and be prepared for cooler water temperatures, which are typical for lake diving.
