This dive site, Cow Rock, is one of the most recognized and beloved locations in St. Thomas, known for its distinctive rock formation. It offers a captivating underwater landscape featuring small caves and swim-throughs, alongside vibrant and beautiful elkhorn coral formations. The site's unique topography makes for an engaging dive, allowing for easy navigation through its interesting features.

Beneath the surface, Cow Rock teems with marine life. Divers can expect to find an abundance of lobsters and crabs, along with a variety of other crustaceans and tropical fish.
