This dive site, known as Nudi City, is a truly unique underwater location. Situated approximately 300 meters from Utende beach and at a depth of around 9 metres, it’s easily accessible for many divers. The area derives its name from the incredible abundance of nudibranchs found there. The reef boasts an impressive array of soft corals and vibrant anemones, creating a healthy habitat for juvenile fish. Regularly observed marine life includes Helmut gurnards, spiny devilfish, dwarf lionfish, scorpionfish, blue spotted rays, octopus, and cuttlefish. Macro enthusiasts will delight in discovering flatworms, shrimps, flounders, dragon sea moth fish, sea hares, and snake eels. A fascinating aspect of Nudi City is that it transforms into a nocturnal sanctuary when the low tide occurs early in the evening, offering opportunities for night diving amongst the 'weird and wonderful'.
