This dive site is located in Jávea and features The Skull, an underwater islet rising from a sandy bottom to a vertical pinnacle. This unique formation boasts a beautiful Y-shaped cave that runs through the islet's core. The seabed around The Skull is sandy, requiring careful finning. A notable feature is a curve where visibility diminishes, leading to two exits offering a striking backlight effect. Inside the cave, divers may encounter a conger eel, which will often emerge from its hiding place. Upon exiting the cave, the dive concludes on a shallow area of the islet's side, presenting several arches for crossing and a vertical tube for exploration. This is an advanced diving location, suitable only for experienced divers who can comfortably reach depths of 32 meters. A flashlight or spotlight is highly recommended to fully appreciate this spectacular underwater environment.
