This dive site is a popular reef located a short boat ride from Hobie Beach and favored by many divers. It’s known as Roman Rock, named for the abundant red roman fish that inhabit it. The reef features a network of gullies and pinnacles, creating an environment teeming with marine life including soft corals, feather stars, starfish, sea fans, and anemones. From the smallest nudibranch to larger animals like Ragged-tooth sharks, this area offers a diverse encounter for divers. A bell buoy marks Bell Buoy, a prominent pinnacle reef, providing a visual aid for boat navigation due to the shallow water surrounding it.
