About this dive site

This dive site, the Murex House Reef, is conveniently located just a short distance from the resort beach. It offers an accessible diving experience for various skill levels. The reef begins with a gentle coral slope extending up to 12 meters deep. This shallower area is rich in diverse macro subjects and beautiful table corals. Below this depth, a sandy slope continues, interspersed with patches of coral growth and several interesting artificial reef balls, now thriving with coral and sponge life. Underwater trails provide excellent opportunities for solo exploration or diving with a buddy. Night dives are particularly rewarding on the House Reef, attracting a fascinating array of creatures including Spanish dancers, starry night octopuses, and numerous other cephalopod species and crustaceans.
