About this dive site

This dive site, known as Hammer Time, is a remarkable location renowned for its frequent sightings of magnificent hammerhead sharks. The best time to visit this area is between November and April, when these incredible creatures are most likely to be observed. This advanced dive begins with a negative entry from the boat and a descent into the water, drifting along a vibrant reef teeming with life. Divers will have the opportunity to explore the underwater landscape, searching for barracuda, moray eels, and frogfish. A guide will actively scan the deeper blue waters in search of eagle rays and, hopefully, more hammerhead sharks – they may appear close to the reef or further out at sea. The reef itself is covered in a diverse array of hard corals, offering a stunning visual experience. The dive offers a chance to witness these fascinating animals in their natural habitat.
