This dive site, known as Outer Lantern Point, is located on the southwestern part of Comino Island and takes its name from a nearby lighthouse. The area offers a diverse underwater experience with varying depths and formations. At the surface, you’ll find a plateau approximately 6 meters deep, which quickly descends into a steep drop-off. A key feature is an L-shaped vertical tunnel, acting as a chimney that extends from 6 meters down to 16 meters within a cave system. Venturing further reveals a spectacular reef beneath the surface, adorned with large boulders creating a visually stunning landscape. Continuing downwards leads to an impressive vertical wall reaching depths of 50 meters. The site is described as one of Comino’s most popular diving locations.
