This dive site is located in the Rasdhoo Atoll, a region renowned for its diverse marine life and stunning underwater landscapes. Specifically, it’s positioned just off the coast of Madivaru island. The reef features impressive overhangs, extending from 26 to 30 meters below the surface. A significant highlight occurs when the current sweeps along the reef's right shoulder, flowing into the Atoll – this is when much of the area's beauty is revealed. Divers can expect to encounter a remarkable variety of marine species, including macro invertebrates, large pelagic animals such as grey reef sharks, white-tip reef sharks, eagle rays, and even larger creatures like napoleon wrasse, shoals of barracuda, jack fish, giant trevally, and dogtooth tuna actively pursuing baitfish. The current can be medium to very strong, adding an element of adventure and potential for exciting encounters. Overall, it’s considered a worthwhile dive destination offering diverse possibilities.
