This dive site is named for its iconic mushroom-shaped granite rock formation that rises from the seabed to just below the surface. Divers can circumnavigate the rock, exploring its numerous crevices and overhangs which are typically covered in colorful sponges and home to a rich array of Mediterranean fauna. The dramatic topography, swim-throughs, and clear waters make it a favorite for photographers.
