Tembok Dalam (The Blue Wall) is an elite, current-influenced wall dive featuring a dramatic drop-off and requires strict logistical planning: it is only diveable during the mid-moon phase. During full or new moons, massive tidal ranges force extreme, high-velocity currents through the area, rendering it unsafe.
Operating at an average depth of 14 meters, the site concludes with an incredible, overhead swim-through. Because of the technical current management and depth profile, this site is strictly reserved for certified scuba divers and is entirely unsuitable for freedivers or snorkelers.
Expect high-action encounters with patrolling reef sharks, sea turtles, octopuses, and a highly active macro underbelly featuring giant mantis shrimp.
