This dive site, Vanishing Rock, is located just off Cooper Island in the British Virgin Islands. It’s an exposed pinnacle featuring some of the most impressive pillar coral formations in the area. These corals provide shelter for a large population of sergeant majors. A short distance away, around the next corner, divers can witness spectacular displays of horse-eye jacks swirling within strong currents – often described as ‘tornadoes’ of fish. The dive offers unique opportunities to observe marine life and explore impressive coral structures.
