Merirendong 美人洞

Located on the north-northwest coast of Xiao Liuqiu, it is a dive site with both ecological observation and terrain drifting characteristics. Sandy bottom + small reef rock staggered, suitable for observing nudibranchs, eels, flounder and other benthic marine life. This area is a resident hotspot for sea turtles in Xiao Liuqiu, and there is a high probability of swimming with sea turtles at close range during the diving process. The cobia farming cages on the left side of the sea form a unique artificial ecological landscape, and medium and large fish are often seen shuttling through them. Entering the water from the shore of Merirendong, you can drift all the way to the Huaping Rock landing point along the current. The journey through the cage area and the wide sandy seabed takes about 10-15 minutes. You can plan a drift diving route according to the direction of the current. Suitable for AOW + drift diving experience, or OW divers with good kicking and buoyancy skills. Before drift diving, carefully assess your physical strength and return arrangements. Do not try long-distance drifting alone.
