This dive site, located to the east of Punta de La Azohía, presents 'El Corralón,' a shallow cove with rocky formations resembling a riverbed. The area offers an ideal environment for beginners and is also suitable for introductory dives. Diving begins within the calm cove at around 6 meters, progressing along the rock face towards deeper areas while maintaining a gentle slope. As you reach the point, the dive continues over a wall extending to approximately 20 meters, showcasing extensive fields of oceanic Posidonia seagrass – a testament to the excellent water quality. This area is known for abundant marine life, including brotulas, sargos, castañuelas (lip snails), congrios (conger eels), and morenas (moray eels). The shallow depths and clear visibility make it a rewarding experience for all levels.
