About this dive site

This dive site, aptly named Three Wrecks, offers a diverse underwater experience centered around its namesake artificial reefs. Divers begin on the Devil’s Table reef in 5 meters of water, progressing to explore various depths. Key attractions include an ATM machine at 20 meters and multiple yacht wrecks, one situated at 14 meters and another, the Viviana, at 27 meters. The dive typically concludes at the Strattman tug, with its mooring conveniently located on top of the wreck at 5 meters.

The site boasts a healthy ecosystem supporting diverse marine life. Divers can expect to encounter creatures such as green morays, elegant French angelfish, and the intriguing batwing coral crabs. The extensive turtle grass beds provide a crucial habitat where turtles and rays are sometimes spotted, adding to the rich biodiversity of this Caribbean location.

The optimal time to visit Saint Vincent and the Grenadines for diving is generally during the drier season, from November to May, when water conditions are typically calmer and visibility excellent. This site is suitable for both scuba divers and freedivers, with its varied depths offering shallower reef exploration for beginners and deeper wreck penetration for more experienced divers. The shallow mooring and reef also make it suitable for snorkelers, providing accessible beauty close to the surface.
