This dive site, Brouwerssluis, is situated at a lock structure and offers a unique diving experience in the Netherlands. Divers should be particularly aware of the sluice's current direction, which can be variable and at times strong, and the remnants of fishing lines that may be present.
The site is notable for its abundant marine life, particularly the many anemones that thrive here, making it an excellent spot for macro photography. With a bit of luck, divers may also encounter playful seals, a significant highlight of the area. Exploring the sandy bottom often reveals interesting smaller creatures and objects for keen observers, adding to the site's appeal.
