Inland Sea, Dwejra, Gozo

This dive site is located adjacent to the renowned Blue Hole. It’s situated within a small, inland sea that connects to the open ocean via a narrow canyon measuring approximately 100 meters in length and reaching a depth of 27 meters. The dive route follows this captivating canyon until it opens into the wider sea, where divers can continue along the left wall. This location offers a unique diving experience, characterized by its relatively low light levels within the canyon – making it particularly suitable for capturing stunning backlight photography. The narrow passage creates an intriguing underwater landscape.
