This dive site is located in the Padang Bai area and extends approximately 1 kilometer from a distinctive rock formation resembling a turtle’s neck (known locally as Baong Penyu) towards Jepun beach. The shallow reefs range from 5 to 15 meters deep, gradually deepening to a maximum of 20 meters offshore. This location offers excellent opportunities for both beginners and those undertaking training dives. You'll find several areas dedicated to coral reef rehabilitation, particularly marked by spider or star-shaped frames. To the south, adjacent to the rock outcrop, there’s a mini-wall descending to a maximum depth of 16 meters towards the Blue Lagoon.
