This dive site features a two-hold bulk carrier that tragically sank off the coast of Patroklos island. The wreck presents a fascinating exploration opportunity, with the stern resting at 16 meters and the bow situated at 30 meters below the surface. Due to severe storms, much of the superstructure has been destroyed, limiting penetration possibilities for divers. The hull rests on a sandy seabed teeming with marine life. You can expect to encounter rays, weaver fish, flounders, and stripped mullet in the surrounding waters. Groupers, morays, and crabs find shelter within the wreck itself. It’s considered one of the few worthwhile diveable wrecks available in the Attiki region, offering a glimpse into maritime history and a chance to observe diverse underwater ecosystems.
