This dive site takes its name from an old prefabricated building across the road, which is no longer in use. Accessible from the shore, divers navigate through an initial interesting plant area before reaching a shell-rich zone at 6-8 meters, gently sloping to the maximum depth of 13 meters. It offers a straightforward and pleasant freshwater diving experience.
The site is home to an interesting plant area and a multitude of shells. Besides the usual freshwater fish species, divers have documented catfish sightings. Floating shrimps are particularly prevalent and interesting to observe.
The best time to visit this dive site is during winter and spring to observe the floating shrimps. Its shallow depths and gentle profile make it suitable for both scuba divers of all levels and freedivers, offering good opportunities for freshwater macro photography.
