This dive site, Noas Ark, is an artificial wreck primarily designed for dive training and recreational fun dives. Located in shallow waters, divers can enter from the parking lot near Meyers, with two entry points available; the furthest is closest to the wreck. The wreck itself features numerous exit holes, making it an excellent environment for practicing buoyancy control and penetration techniques in a controlled setting.
The site is home to various small marine life, including crabs, flatfish, and pipefish, which can be observed exploring the wreck and surrounding reef. While not teeming with large pelagics, the artificial structure provides habitat for interesting macro subjects.
This shallow site is suitable year-round, though warmer months offer more comfortable water temperatures. It is particularly good for new divers practicing skills, and its shallow depth makes it ideal for snorkeling and freediving. Always be mindful of other divers and ensure proper buoyancy control around the wreck.
