This dive site, named after the Mpai Bay village – a historically Vietnamese fishing community – offers an appealing diving experience for both beginners and experienced divers and photographers. The coral reef is relatively small but consistently abundant with marine life, including baraccudas, scorpionfish, clownfish, and various nudibranchs. Divers can explore the seabed, particularly during muck dives, which are common in this area of Cambodia. Opportunities exist to observe a diverse array of creatures such as pipefish, seahorses, pipehorses, and other invertebrates inhabiting the sandy and seagrass areas.
