This dive site is located in Houston, Texas. Lake Longhorn offers a unique open water diving experience with a goal of becoming the area's premier training facility. The lake features multiple large boats and swim-throughs designed to enhance underwater exploration. Topwater docks equipped with ladders provide easy access for divers and snorkelers. The site is continually expanding its attractions. Visibility ranges from 3 feet to 30 feet, influenced by Houston’s weather conditions. Water temperatures fluctuate seasonally, ranging from the low 50s Fahrenheit to the high 80s Fahrenheit. The lake's maximum depth reaches approximately 35 feet, with an average depth of around 25 feet.
