Located offshore from Green Island Airport, also known as 'Airport Garden', 'Airport Outer Reef', or jokingly called 'Soul-Reversing Current' by divers due to the strong currents. This place is famous for its spectacular fault terrain and unpredictable water flow direction, and is a representative diving spot on Green Island's advanced diving challenge list. There is a clear underwater fault terrain, forming rich landform levels and ecological habitats. The water flow changes quickly, and there are often strong upwelling/downwelling currents.
