This dive site, known as El Muro (The Wall), is a prominent offshore dive located approximately 2.5 miles from the coast of Spain's Costa Brava. It forms part of the larger 'Second Bar' underwater formation, characterized by depths that can reach between 25 and 35 meters in the surrounding area, though the specific site's maximum depth is 23 meters. Divers navigate along the impressive wall, exploring its unique topography and hidden crevices, making it a dive suitable for advanced divers or those with a deep specialty.
The vibrant rock structures of El Muro host a rich variety of marine life. Divers can expect to discover colorful nudibranchs showcasing the site's excellent macro opportunities.
