This dive site is located at San Vito Lo Capo, Italy and centers around an abandoned tuna factory dating back decades. The initial descent begins just a few meters from the coast, dropping to approximately 5 meters onto a rocky bottom. Divers can then proceed to depths of about 9 to 10 meters on a gently sloping seabed teeming with sea grass, octopus, cuttlefish, and scorpionfish. Fragments of ancient amphorae, remnants of past activities, are often discovered in the area. The plateau extends towards a drop-off ranging from 20 to 28 meters, providing habitat for moray eels, conger eels, and lobsters residing within their dens. Colorful nudibranchs frequently attract attention during dives. Depending on the current, encounters with young yellowtail fish are possible. Finally, the dive concludes with a safety stop at 5 meters near the anchor point.
