This dive site, located easily accessible from the Punta Bassana wall, features a medium-sized rock formation known as the hollow rock. The rock rises approximately 20 meters above the sandy seabed. The approach to the site is generally short and depends on the boat's anchor point. At a depth of around 36 meters, an entrance to a cave is found centered on the rock’s surface. Initial exploration can be rewarding, as snappers often reside near the cave entrance. Further investigation reveals branches of vibrant red gorgonian corals covering much of the rock's structure, reaching up to its apex. If currents allow, divers may explore the channel separating the hollow rock from the wall, where scorpion fish and lobsters are frequently observed alongside shiny cowries and shy musdelle. A potential highlight of the dive is a large lobster that can be found at the bottom of a tunnel within the cave.
