Simon's Reef

This dive site is located on the north-east side of Gili Meno, offering a truly unique underwater experience. It’s a deep dive reaching depths of 18 to 30+ meters and is suitable for experienced divers. The area boasts exceptional topography featuring impressive sea-mounds and sandy formations resembling desert dunes, creating a fascinating landscape. A remarkable variety of corals is found here, not replicated anywhere else on the Gili Islands. Divers frequently encounter fields of garden eels, beautiful blue spotted stingrays, and even elusive cuttlefish. The dive culminates on a pinnacle richly populated with tropical reef fish. Currents can be mild to very strong, so experience is recommended.
