Accessible either by boat from Tulamben Drop Off or via a 10-minute shore walk at high tide, Batu Kelebit rewards divers with thrilling marine encounters including giant Napoleon wrasse, eagle rays, reef sharks, schools of humphead parrotfish, green turtles, and well-camouflaged scorpionfish among its vibrant coral formations.
