This dive site is a fantastic option for those new to diving or underwater photography. It's an oval-shaped reef featuring a prominent red lighthouse and another channel marker, strategically placed near Havelock jetty. The area teems with marine life – you’ll often see schools of juvenile fusiliers and snappers, along with larger sweetlips. Keep an eye out for well-camouflaged fish like ghost pipefish, crocodile fish, and scorpionfish. During the day, Kuhl's and Jenkin's stingrays frequently rest on the sandy bottom. For photographers, a "scooter-wreck-of-sorts" provides excellent opportunities to capture stunning images.
