This dive site, L'Anse Aux Epines, is a shallow, beginner-friendly location situated off the beach of the Calabash Boutique Hotel on Grenada's southern coast. Primarily known for snorkeling, the site consists of expansive seagrass beds interspersed with vibrant coral outcrops. Navigation is straightforward, staying within the shallow bay, particularly exploring the coral clusters around the western headland.
The marine life here primarily consists of colorful juvenile fish species, which are particularly abundant around the coral formations. While much of the seabed is seagrass, these areas also support various smaller creatures.
