This snorkeling spot is perfect for families. To make your snorkeling experience as easy as possible, it's best to enter the water from the west end. This is because the current naturally flows from west to east, and there's a helpful channel that leads out to the open water.
Once you're in, you'll be greeted by an incredible underwater landscape. Large areas of Poseidon sea grass create a dramatic backdrop, and you'll see many small, common Mediterranean fish. While you might occasionally spot jellyfish, starting your snorkel on the west side can reduce your chance of getting stung because of the way the current moves.
